Melody carries the most nostalgic side of Madras Mood. She represents melancholy, memories and my deep attachment to hip-hop and R&B — the music that accompanied different moments of my life and continues to shape my visual universe today. Music has the strange ability to transport us instantly: a few notes can bring back a place, a feeling or an entire period of our lives. Melody lives in that space between past and present, where memories become inspiration. She is the soundtrack behind the images.
